Coordinated tenant placement for residential rentals.

Housewise administers the day-to-day tasks of finding and onboarding a tenant. Activities requiring registration under Ontario real estate legislation are performed through an appropriately registered brokerage.

    Listing coordination

    Preparing information about the rental and coordinating the listing process, working with a registered real estate brokerage where required.

  2. Step 02

    Enquiry administration

    Receiving, organizing and responding to rental enquiries in a timely and consistent manner.

  3. Step 03

    Showings

    Coordinating showings and access with the property owner and prospective tenants.

  4. Step 04

    Screening coordination

    Coordinating tenant screening through appropriate third-party services in accordance with applicable law.

  5. Step 05

    Lease documentation

    Coordinating standard lease documentation and supporting paperwork prior to move-in.

  6. Step 06

    Move-in handover

    Documenting property condition, coordinating keys and providing tenants with practical information.
