Periodic property inspections
Conducting periodic inspections where authorized by the owner and permitted under the tenancy.
Utility and property-expense administration
Administering agreed utility and property-related expenses on the owner's behalf.
Owner reporting and record organization
Providing organized records and reporting on activity related to the property.
Move-in and move-out coordination
Coordinating move-in and move-out logistics, condition documentation and key handover.
Rental enquiry administration
Receiving and organizing rental enquiries and coordinating showings when required.
Tenant screening coordination
Coordinating the tenant screening process using appropriate third-party services where applicable.
Lease documentation coordination
Coordinating standard lease documentation and related paperwork.
Arrears monitoring and administrative follow-up
Monitoring arrears and conducting administrative follow-up with tenants.
Coordination with licensed professionals
Coordinating with licensed real estate, legal and other professionals when their services are required.
